The E stim controller doesn't pack that much of a punch. And has a strength control dial. I be heard of 2 EF members having success with it already. With the proper probe or plug it does induce kegels.
I read one should start slow like any strengthening excercise. Like only 20 mins 2-3 times every other day. A urologist on the net. did write up a 4 month plan with progressive excercises
And yes one may want to consult ones urologist first.
