Sometimes I get kinda confused during the order process and I've made tons of orders. For instance, today I wanted to add an item to my order that I had just placed, but I couldn't figure out the quickest way to do that (I suppose I could have called or something) without screwing up my buyouts and giftcards. I searched the forums for some answers and all I found was people responding saying that they weren't sure.
Here are a few things I think should be included:
- How do I add an item to my order I just placed?
- How do I cancel an order?
- What happens if I cancel an order with buyouts?
(I learned this one the hard way when cancelling my order that had buyouts to add an item and the buyouts still said shipped until they fixed it.)
- How long does it take for gift cards to be refunded if I cancel my order?
(I've had totally different things happen the couple of times I've done this.)
- How do I use affiliate earnings on my purchases?
- Who can use my affiliate code and is it okay to use my own?
- If I add the free gift to my cart and it doesn't show up, what should I do? (Had this happen last week. Was confused. Went to the item page and saw it was out of stock. No wonder!)
- Why is my Facebook Friends discount not working? What if I'm logged in the right way?
These are things that are a little tricky to understand sometimes. I know I've had one thing happen one time, and something different happen the next and I'm never sure if what I'm doing is the best way to do it.
