What is any is the difference between a products which states discontinued vs this item is not available for purchase? There is an item I want that says not available for purchase, does that mean it is completely gone from Edens site forever? I know the company still sells it.

After looking at the review dates (one from 2008 and one from 2010), I assume it's no longer being carried. I could be wrong though. I'd suggest submitting a support ticket and asking customer service since they would probably be able to answer that for you. You'll have to let us know too! Hope they'll have it back eventually for you!

Should you submit a support ticket for each item that has either discontinued or not available? cause i've come across this several times and have been wondering the same thing.

The best way to find out for yourself would be to check the review dates. If there aren't any reviews, then it's probably a new item we may or may not carry. If there are more than 3 or so reviews, it's more than likely an older product that IS out of stock.

If you're not sure, go ahead and submit a Customer Service ticket or send an on-site message to JR.
