I generally look in the morning and evening and late at night. But it depends if I am working or not.

I usually read them around midnight if I'm not working or between 7 am and 10 am if I had to work the previous night.

It can be any time of the day for me, whenever I'm not busy attending other chores. I've been observing the ratings on my latest review which I've posted around noon a few days ago, it didn't receive any voting until late afternoon, so I guess most people prefer to read new reviews later in the day.
