Would you buy someone you know who is sort of shy about "Adult Items" a EF gift card for Christmas?

Shit I would even give them a grand tour of the site done it with 2 friends so far showed them around not gift them I didn't have to they were excited after me bragging about EF and how cool it is

If a friend was really awkward around adult items I wouldn't choose Christmas as a time to make them feel uncomfortable. Maybe something to discuss not around the holidays. I have bought toys for my sexually open friends before.

I'd definitely be too embarrassed. I could only imagine giving a gift card from EF to someone who was much more open about sex, and I don't know such a person, at least offline.

I wouldn't want to embarrass THEM by giving them an Eden gift card in front of other people for Christmas. If I knew they were interested in trying some toys/lingerie/whatever , then I would have no problem giving them a gift card, regardless if they were shy about it or not. I just wouldn't do it in a way, or place, that would embarrass them.

i'm not shy about telling people about ef. but i would not want to make someone uncomfortable when they've already been hesitant on the subject.
i would instead tell them more about the bath and beauty products. hype up eden points, give them coupon code...and make sure they know i'm open to questions.

I wouldn't do it, but not because I'm embarrassed, but I wouldn't want to embarrass them. People have the right to be shy or private about sexual matters. Just because I'm open about it doesn't mean that everyone else has to be. For all you know, that person has an account here and a closet full of toys. Maybe they just aren't comfortable letting everyone and anyone in on their sex life.

Using toys is something a person will have to want to do on their own. If they're shy about it, it'd be best to let them sort through those things and possibly buy their own.
In a situation like that, I'd just go the safer route. Unless I know a person wants and will use/appreciate a toy, I do not waste my $ buying them one. I will buy them something they're truly interested in. Not every person will take interest in toys. It's like people who love cats or people who love movies. Some will take interest, some will not.

No. I try to get people gifts that I think they would really enjoy, if they were not expressing an interest in adult items, I would not assume they would want the gift card. I buy gifts that match the person's interests that I know about. I try not to guess.

I'm not really the sort to give sex toys or gift cards for sex toys for presents (except to a significant other, of course). The fact that they're shy makes it even worse; I certainly wouldn't want to give them something unwanted or that would make them feel really awkward.

I think I would depending on how well I knew the person. I probably wouldn't give it to them infront of everyone though. That way they can get something new to try but not have everyone know.
