Did The Mystery Suck You In?

Eh... I think I'm placing an order this weekend, so I will probably try another free gift. I do hope that I don't end up with the bunny, but I've a feeling that I will.

No it doesn't. "Fall for that one again" as in "the odds were that it was going to be the bunny based on what most people received but I still ordered it anyway hoping for something different". Still, even though it's free, the bunny's not the $20 value that the Mystery Gift says, so in that way yes, those of us who received it have been 'tricked'.

Silverwinds above said she 'dodged a bullet'. Do you think she meant that EF were going to try to trick her or that maybe it was just a throwaway comment like mine?

Agreed. I stated above that the listing both for free with order, and just regular purchase, state the toy is a 20 dollar value, and NONE of the ones I rec'd are (I have gotten three total items, all different). So, in that way, it is misleading.

Free is awesome, but I wish they had just listed "free toy with order" and not stated that it would be a 20 dollar value.

I too got the bunny. I do have a question though, with the bunny being the common free gift here If I were to place another order is there risk of me receiving another bunny?

Yes, there is. Some people have received different items with each purchase, but I have seen people say that they keep receiving the bunny, too.

I'm with you guys on this. I just got my second bunny and am really disappointed. Like some others, I added items to my order to get up to $59 but won't be doing that again. I can't help but feel that EF are just clearing out old junk. Maybe I've been spoiled after last year when 'free' items were a variety of glass toys, beach towels, t-shirts, etc. Any one of those could more easily be passed as "A $20 value" than these damn bunnies.

I don't even see these as being free though. We're spending $59 to get these 'gifts'. If they were free we wouldn't have to spend a penny other than shipping.

The bunny vibe was actually priced at $14.99 when it was for sale here. It's cute and I like the idea of putting it over the Salsa or another bullet. With the bullet it came with and the crap packaging, it is not worth $14.99, there's no way I'd pay that!

I am curious, but I can't bring myself to make a purchase that I haven't planned just for a free thing.

That's the issue I have with it actually. If you assume it will be a 20 dollar value, and you add other things to your order to make sure you qualify, and then get something that isn't a 20 dollar value....that's icky to me. If it just said "free gift" and gave no value, you'd know it was a gamble and you might get an 8 dollar thing.

All of my orders where already over the 59 dollar mark, so for me if wasn't a matter of adding things, and it was more about getting a surprise thing for free. Even so, I wish they didn't list a value and then not stick with it.

I've gotten two bunnies so far. I order about 1-2 times a week. Each purchase is usually over 60 and I'll probably continue to get the mystery gift because is really nothing but gain. If I hate it, I'll give it away and if I like it, even better. I've actually become fond of that stupid bunny.

I got this too. It isn't something I'll likely use, but it was quite the mystery nonetheless.

This is my third mystery gift. The first two were the bullet rabbits and this was the silicone jack rabbit jr. by cal exotics. It's listed as 88$ on their website.

Just made a $100 order. Praying 2 Jesus that it's something good.

And that rabbit looks pretty nice, Ms. Hellzapoppin. Awesome!

Wow! Looks like the mystery gift is a real grab bag! I'm glad to see someone got something REALLY worth it.

Just made an almost $200 order including a Mimi, silk restraints and some lingerie. Other than our last $60 order, the majority of ours in the last 12 months have been fairly high-end toys (most of the Njoy line, Lelo, Fleshlights, Vixskin dildos, etc).

...and we just got our third f*cking bunny, so it doesn't look like order history plays any part in this. We're not going to be adding the 'Mystery Gift' to our cart again.

Have some salsa with your rabbit, it goes down better! It works well with a Salsa or Tango shoved up it's ass!

I was lucky enough with my first of these free gifts to get a high-quality upcoming product: the White Wabbit C-Ring from Doc Johnson's Wonderland collection. It appears to be about a $30 - $40 value, from what I found on other sites. Not very useful to me, but still a great item! My second one is on the way, and should arrive by the end of next week (what happened to UPS 3-Day, and free Priority shipping??), so I'll report back!

Well, mine arrived today. I got that stupid bunny vibe thing. Apparently it's TPR, which I won't use. I'll make use of the batteries at least.

Holy cow. You'd think that they'd have run out of them by now - I find it pretty funny that there seem to be hundreds of bunnies but so much else goes out of stock within a day! Perhaps it started as two, and the saying "screw like bunnies" really does mean something.

What I find astounding is that they've discontinued it, but they still have this many??

I found that interesting, too.
I would have thought that they would've left it on the site until it sold out, and then discontinued it once it was gone. I guess not, though, as I've received 3 of these things.
