First order fail :(

I placed an order for MiMi and the free Rampant Rabbit vibe last week and got them yesterday. I've had MiMi for less than 24 hours and used her three times, but she's already doing the weird bubbling thing. Then, I discovered that the Rampant Rabbit is defective and won't turn on, which made me sad. I was really excited about my first rabbit vibe!

I'm just sad right now I'm going to exchange them but I can't send them back until May since exchanges take up to three weeks to process and I'm moving in two weeks. I'm not blaming EF at all though. I got such amazing customer service via support tickets and now I'm forever in love with this site!

I had to return one of the toys from my first order on here, too, but other than that I think I may have had to return only 3 things because they were defective. I hope you get it fixed soon!

My first order wasn't that great either. I love EF's customer service and return program! Everything was sorted out and I had replacements in about 10 days. Good luck!

I also got a defective Rampant Rabbit in my last order. I've been ordering with Eden for a year now and this has been the first problem I've had with anything. I've already submitted an exchange request and so far everything is going smoothly. Eden seems to be really good at taking care of these kind of things.

I've only requested to send something back ONCE, and then decided against it, since I got it free with points, so I kind of felt bad about returning it.

EF is amazing though! It will get straightened out.
