I've had to return a couple because they haven't worked right. But Eden is amazing about it, so if you have something that's not working right, as long as it was purchased within the last 60 days, returning shouldn't be a problem!
I debated about returning a toy because the box it was in had been damaged and the toy was dusty and filthy. But after washing it off there wasn't anything else wrong with it, so I just made sure to clean it well before using,
I've wanted to but mainly because it was a shitty design as opposed to being actually defective. One of those purchases EF discontinued the item, no doubt for the reason I mentioned. Maybe I should have complained and been a whiny jerk but it was only about fifty bucks that I wasted. Damn now that I think about it I am getting pissed off.
Yes, a couple of years ago I ordered a pricey cock ring/ball stretcher combo made of a stretchy TPR-type material (from another company). The thing tore the first time I tried to pull it on. I contacted the company who seemed surprised that it tore, but they sent out a new one...which also tore.
