Ehh, I just go around the site and do what I do. I routinely post way more than I'd get points for, and I don't think I ever really hit my limit on points for anything else. Occasionally for adding things to a wish list or for searching, but these are things I'd have been doing anyway.

Same here, I enjoy posting/chatting on the forum more than anything else. I don't even bother to add new favorite items to my profile -- I'm probably the laziest one on the site!
I just became an editor, so I've been making more points lately from that. I used to get about 100-200 a day, through my normal searching, posting etc. I only really focus on earning points when I am planning on ordering something soon and know that I need to have a certain amount of points before I can order.
Unless I am short on change and close to buy an order I dont pay attention. I beyond hit my limit daily in the chat. Im not gonna not post just because I earned my chat points for the day.
Actually, I don't pay attention to my points. I turned off the little alert thing because it was getting annoying, I just go about commenting and such as I feel fit, I probably go over the limit so that I'm doing things without earning points, but that's ok because I enjoy the site, communicating, reading and commenting on reviews and threads, so I don't do it for the points, but I love seeing that I've accumulated enough to convert, on the occasion that I check to see how many I can redeem
At the moment I can't afford to purchase the stuff I really want (the pricey stuff), so I try to earn as many as possible while doing my daily routine. That being said, I don't stop voting on polls and such just because I've earned all my points for the day...
I just post and look. I never pay attention to the points. Although, I love that little added bonus when I realize they are adding up and I see something I want and it helps me pay for it. Much appreciative of that added perk!
I do what I do without worrying about points. Sometimes I do try and hit a certain number if I'm close. (like today I'm at 1680 and I want to get to 1700 before I'm done) But honestly I don't have a certain number I hit when I log on. I used to be way more active here and if I still were maybe I would pay more attention, but since I log on 1-3x a week, I don't let myself obsess over it.
I only really pay attention when I am getting to make a purchase or if I'm saving up for something. Otherwise I just like to browse and follow discussions. I definitely don't stop searching or posting if I reach my limit.
I mostly just try to contribute a little each day. I like to see the points, but I don't go out of my way to rack them up. I figure whatever it pays off from my daily activities is just bonus.
Do you focus on trying to earn points every day with the Eden Points Program?
i am at $62.86 in points. i am trying to get to 100 bucks plus by christmas. i log in daily at 12am to get as many points as i can before i go to bed. thats the only way i pay for things on EF is with my points =] also, doing reviews on EVERYTHING you get from EF orders and free gifts helps with points as well.
I'm new to the site (about a month). I was interested in the fact that the reviews were written by people who use the products. I love that idea, so I thought I would review some things too. I just started looking at the forum a couple of weeks ago. There are some great conversations on here.
To get back to the point, I like everything else about the site. The points are just a nice little bonus.
I'm still new so I do try to get at least 200 a day, but I don't really pay attention to how many I've accumulated that day. If I want to post on something and I'm over the limit who cares. I enjoy reading others thoughts and I do have a lot of questions so that's not going to stop me from asking any questions I have?
I don't pay a lot of attention to the points, and I have my reminder set so that it turns off if I ever go over the limit. That has only happened with posting on threads, and I do that because I enjoy it.
Still waiting for a review to edit, (haven't been able to snag one yet) not for the points but for the experience.
I stopped paying much attention to them lately also. I am behind reviews so I have not ordered anything. I really need to get these reviews written before I even think about points or ordering. Unless something goes on one great sale.
Just kidding. I have not paid much attention to points for awhile, I just do what I do and when it comes time to place an order or accept an assignment I go look and see what I have.
I don't necessarily stop posting because I've earned my maximum points for the day, but I do make sure I've earned all I can by voting in polls, etc. I haven't actually cashed in any points yet, but I'm still amazed that I am basically earning cash towards purchases just by snooping around the site. Love it!!
It depends if I'm saving up for something, and how much free time I have. If I have nothing to do all day and I'm super lusting after a new toy, I will definitely do all I can to earn up some points. Other times (like now, with school having started and the job search beginning in earnest) I'm way more lax, posting sporadically and not really giving much thought to what I'm earning or not.
I used to pay a lot of attention to the points, but once I got more involved with the site and community - doing reviews, video reviews, etc. - I stopped paying that much attention to them. Sure, I notice when the little thing pops up, but it isn't as big of a deal as it used to be.
I was active prior to the point system and now with points, my activity is about the same. For me, points are a welcome bonus!
Same for me, I have some days where I am super active on EF and other days that are slower. I browse and contribute to the forums on some days more than others but I don't really pay attention to the points. As many others have said, it is a nice bonus.
I just kinda go around the site. I don't usually pay attention to how much I'm making. The only time I really try is when I want something really bad, and I know I only need a few more dollars to get it.
