Hopefully I'm not creating a double thread, but I checked and couldn't find one.

So I've never sent an order to anyone other than myself, but I want to send my next order as a christmas present to my sister. I'm a little bit worried because one of my last orders had a SEXIS magazine in the box. I want it to be discreet as possble and not scream "I bought this at a sex shop".

So what I'm wondering is: Would random stuff like that ever be included in an order that's not being shipped to the billing address? And what about the order information that's usually included in the box?

Bump! I need to send my package off today so that it will be there in time for christmas. If anyone knows the answer, it would save me from having to send out a ticket.

When you perform a checkout, on step 2, you have an option to fill a small text box labeled "Shipping instruction." 35 characters is enough to type something like "no extra stuff please." Just a suggestion, I don't know if it really works though.

And maybe you could simply make a phone call.

I wonder why you don't want to send a support ticket...

Honestly, a support ticket is going to be your best bet.

I just don't want to bug the busy Eden staff about something that could be answered here. Besides, I went through the forum and couldn't find a single thread that answered this and I think it's something that should be here.

I didn't even realize that there was a shipping instruction box. I just found it though. Thank you very much!

When you go to check out and you select which address you want it shipped to, just enter in the information of the person you want it shipped to. It's worked every time I've wanted to send something to my sister without having it get shipped to Chicago from Jersey, then shipping it back out to the east coast

I know its a little late and your sister probably let you know by now, but any time I've shipped to a different address its always had the extra stuff included.
