This is mainly for people who have been sent products when in Australia.

I was wondering how long it took to recieve the order from when you placed it?

Also with customs i was wondering what sort of description was written on the box? was it detailed, vague or was there no real description at all?

I am wanting to place an order but live in an area where i dont really want other people being able to know what im ordering. I also cant guarantee that ill be home on the day it gets delivered because obviously i wont know exeactly what day it will come

Hi there AussieSarah,

I've had a number of orders from EF come to me here in SA and they've all come through perfectly fine and quickly. Once the item is actually shipped (which may take quite a few days from when it's ordered) you'll receive an email with a tracking number, so you can actually watch it zip across the world in no time flat! It's around about 4 or 5 days for me usually, provided I'm here to pick up the parcel.

Mine come through DHL and have to be picked up from the central depot if missed, not from the local post office, or rescheduled for delivery, which is a bit of a hassle. It's good in a way though, because it means you're guaranteed to sign for it and no-one will see it sitting on your doorstep and want to pinch it. However, you can call the company opt to have them just left there if no-one is home and you're comfortable with that.

The actual boxes are plain and not likely to draw any attention, with the description reading something along the lines of 'massage apparatus'. So it's not like the label tells everyone you ordered Cum Sluts Go WILD XXX UNRATED and an XL dildo, but it doesn't take a whole lot to guess what that apparatus might be!

I think they write massage apparatus on pretty much everything, even my liberator pillows were called a massager apparatus. I had a good laugh at that one considering the size of the box.
