Warranties for Different Companies/Brands

Contributor: MamaDivine MamaDivine
I know that someone had mentioned this before.....God help me, I can't find the thread it was in, lol!

So I was wondering if anyone has information on what kind of warranties who has and what it covers. I know that someone had said something about LELO and another one.....can't recall.

Any info would be great! Im looking at buying a few higher end toys and I want to make sure that I factor that into my decision.

I think it really depends on the item. OhMiBod has a one year and a three year warranty depending on which product you choose. I've never bought anything from Lelo, and I know Tantus and Vixskin have lifetime warranties.

LELO has a one year warranty on all their items if I recall correctly, plus a ten-year guarantee on their vibrators that says if it breaks, you can return it to them for a discount on your next LELO purchase. Vixen Creations has a lifetime warranty, which is just flipping awesome, and I think Je Joue has a 3 year warranty.

I actually don't think Tantus has one at all, as I couldn't find any warranty info on their site, simply a statement that defects would be dealt with on a case by case basis.

In any case, you need to hang onto your receipts for any of these. I'm not sure if Eden's sales records can count or not, now that I think out it. (I hope so, because I threw away my Tex's receipt right after it arrived since I didn't know Vixen even had a warranty. Let's hope nothing ever happens to it.)
