I like that I can use points to save money on Eden and I don't mind waiting for things I want. Some things are worth waiting for

Out of stock AND cheaper elsewhere, then I would probably go elsewhere and buy, but only if it were not coming back in stock soon and if it were a good bit cheaper. I've done it before, but not too often. If it's expected back within a month, I have waited patiently. However, there are some lingerie items EF began "carrying" back in Dec. that have never even become available and I've been looking elsewhere to buy them.

If Eden discontinued it or didn't carry it at all and I really wanted it, I would buy elsewhere. Otherwise, I tend to only buy here.

If it was simply out of stock or a higher price, I would mind waiting or paying a bit extra to give my love to Eden. But if it is discontinued and I don't see it ever coming back, I may buy what I feel I "need" elsewhere...

But always much rather buy from Eden.

They actually have an item out of stock now that I found a lot cheaper on amazon, but so far I've been loyal and haven't bought the item.

Oh my wife and I won't go anywhere else. She keeps holding out hope that EF will eventually carry these heated massage rocks or a kit or something, just so we can get it from here because she refuses to shop anywhere else. AHha!

Besides, with all the great customer service that we have encountered here on Eden, we wouldn't want to bring our business or money anywhere else but here.

Generally I'm really loyal to Eden, the prices are almost always competitive and between points and discounts any difference is pretty much negligible. If something is out of stock and I really want it I might consider looking elsewhere, but otherwise I'm usually patient enough to wait around.

It depends on the price difference of course(but if its $1-$10) range I would stay here, you always save with shipping to if you only make one order

This site is SO amazing. This company is SO user friendly, I have developed a strange loyalty I just don't feel very much anymore. I would rather wait for a toy to come in stock here, so I can support THIS company, then go elsewhere with my money. I want THIS site to stick around and succeed.

That is why we plan and shop ahead, but if something is out of stock, there is SO much on this site, there is almost always an alternative to try!!!
