Although EF is looking into the first two problems below, I'm posting all four here to see if anyone else is having the same problems.
After purchasing a 30% discount product to review, I've had three things happen:
1) I received several emails from Eden Fantasys Order Followup (confirmation@bizrate. com)where I had to follow a link and confirm that I received my order. When I declined to accept four free magazine subscriptions, I got a java script error and the process didn't complete. However, I decided that it was safe to assume that my confirmation did complete;
2) When I checked my assignment section. The order appeared as if I hadn't received it and showed a "Cancel" button instead of a "Submit Your Review Button";
(EF responded to my questions above and they don't think the they are related to the bizrate email, but are still following up on it)
3) Shortly after I received the above response from EF, I received an email that said my assignment had been canceled, my request had been reviewed and my reason was not accepted or my assignment was assigned to a different reviewer.
I haven't received a response from EF on the latter problem. Obviously, though, I can't submit my review.
