Editing Posts on Product Pages

I just posted on the Amethyst page, there was a question regarding it being similar to the Bent Graduate. I checked out the product descriptions and the Amethyst is about an inch longer than the Bent Graduate. Unfortunately when I typed it out I typed that the Graduate was longer. I went back to delete and rewrite my comment and realized this is not an option. I think this should be changed, I really don't want to be giving people the wrong information.

Has anybody else had a problem with this?

Yes, I have.

I try to double check everything before posting, but occasionally something still gets through. It would be nice to be able to correct mistakes or clarify something when it comes across the wrong way.

Yep, I really hate having made a mistake and knowing that it will probably effect a persons opinion of something.

What do you people think this is? Facebook? Livejournal? Myspace?

Just kidding. It would be nice but it's not totally necessary. I think people should be in the habit of thoroughly checking what they write before hitting submit.

Also, I think this is one of those cases where submitting a support ticket and letting admins know what you did would be a good idea. I submitted a ticket the other day because the fluid ounce information in correlation to the price for a lubircant had been switched. They handled it within 48 hours.
