Mentor Program details link?

I am fairly new to the site and I was looking for information on the mentor program. There was not enough information on the mentor program tab on the dashboard to explain how everything works. Could we get something added to that tab? I found an explanation that was great in the forum but it would have been useful to find it earlier in the dashboard.
