Either we have it, and Im just blind lol.....Or We could really use one.

I know that many of the things that I have posted about on here have already been asked (I'd at least assume so), but I can't sift through three months of threads before I find what I am looking for Even if we could do something like making a general topic to link the post to, so we can narrow down the searches?

If that makes sense.

Although it is far from perfect, there already is a search feature. On the main forum page, it is after all of the stickied posts but not obvious because it is collapsed. Click on the "+" to open it.

Also, the general site search option works as well. Simply enter in a search term and select the "discussions" tab for the forums.

At the top of the page in the center - just below the Cart, Wishlist, and Compare tabs - is a box with the words "Search: Enter Keyword". When you're on the forums and you enter the keywords in this box, it will take you directly to a page or several pages of forum threads with the keyword mentioned in the title and/or somewhere inside the thread.

Using the search also allows you to earn points (5 points per attempt, 5 attempts per day).

Thanks kindred. I know about the stickied items, but never seems to be anything that I really need lol.

Ill try the general site search thingy though and see how well that works for me. I appreciate the help!

Some other forums have a function where you can click on your own username and see what you've posted...I don't think we have anything like this, but there are so many similar topics that I think it'd be useful.

Ever since I found the tutorials navigation is getting easier. There is so much info and so much being added constantly that to sift through it and remembering what does what can be exhausting. So, when I start to get confused;
I go running back to the GENERAL TOPIC LINKS.
