Working for EF?

I've noticed that several of the members of the community are also EF employees. I'm curious as to how people become employed at EF. If there are openings, will they post them anywhere so that members of the community already familiar with the company that may be qualified can see them?

And if you work here and are allowed to say how and when you got your job, please do.
