#AskEden - Why is my poll missing?

I posted a discussion/poll a few days ago, and it's missing from the site now. I've searched for it thoroughly, and it's not there anymore. Also, my total number of discussions changed (reduced by one).

It wasn't anything earthshaking or even really very important, but it was something I was interested in the community's answers to. At this point, I'm more curious about what happened to my thread.

So, my questions: Do discussion posts sometimes just disappear? Could it be a glitch with the site? Did I unknowingly cross some sort of line and have a post deleted? If I had a post deleted, would I have been contacted about it?

Hello, administrators have been known to remove posts which are inappropriate for the site, or were clearly spam. If multiple threads have to be pulled from the same user, the user is contacted via email.

In addition to pulling threads, administrators have been known to change the title of a discussion. However, the post should be in your "my discussions" tab. This doesn't explain the drop in your quantity, either.

The records indicate no posts, comments, or polls have been closed for your user name. If you would like for us to take a closer look at the matter, you may email us at moderator@edenfantasys with the details of the poll, please include as much information as you can remember about the poll you started.
