Hey everyone, so the question is pretty simple - no fuss, no muss. Do you speak Spanish and how fluent are you? Please answer honestly and elaborate on any schooling/degrees you may have! Thanks!
Four years of high school Spanish I can just about order a beer, ask for the bathroom and get my face slapped.

Amazingly I can also say the same things in Japanese, Russian and Gaelic.

No, but I think it is awesome that people are fluent in more than one language.

I had three years of high school Spanish and can usually understand the gist of something written in Spanish, but I'm pretty out of practice.

I speak Spanish as a second language. I do not have much practice translating but I would do my best.

I know about 4 words in Spanish that's it... my second language is German (well it's really a tie between German and English on first and second lol)

I can write and type it much better than I can speak it. I try and listen to spanish speakers once in a while and I can usually understand a lot of what they are saying. I've taken 3 years of spanish in high school, among with a few other language classes. Spanish is my most evolved that I know and can understand. I had an experience once where I needed to be able to say "Have you seen a lost guinea pig" and unfortunely I did not know how to say that XD

It's my third language, and I'm at an advanced reading level, but more intermediate when listening, talking, writing.

I speak it fluently as my family is Dominican but I can't write it as I never had to at home, I read it but slowly for the same reason.

I know a small amount from taking some spanish in high school enough to get lost with and get a beer. As for writing it or translating no way.
