I just thought I'd applaud the time and effort! The forums look great! I love the changes. It seems like you guys & girls took some time and considered the suggestions of many of the people here.

Just wanted to say thank you!

Yes, it does look good. But I'm having a problem on Firefox 3.0.1... each paragraph of text is running horizontally across the screen, so that I have to scroll horizontally. Arg.

I just switched to the IE rendering engine in Firefox (with the IE tab extension link ) and it looks fine. This at least makes the forums easier to read until there can be a fix.

I use firefox, but haven't updated to the 3.0 yet..... Maybe I'll wait thanks for the heads up!

No way! Firefox 3 rocks! I absolutely love the new password manager and the location bar (it remembers everything and gets me around even faster than before). Check out this list of top 10 Firefox 3 features: link

IE tab works just fine for using the forums for now.

The performance alone has me hooked! I'll have to update tomorrow. I use a wireless signal with my house and then a route to resend the wireless signal to my notebook, so sometimes browsing online can get a little tricky. Thanks for the link.

Haha. Sorry. That last one was me. My boyfriend is at my house tonight (yay!), and must have stayed logged in when he went to shower. Woops! We're both a little addicted to the site, though he just likes to browse mostly. Have a great night!

Glad you like it! I'm enjoying the new format too.
I haven't switched to the new Firefox yet either... that does make me want to hold off. Hm.

This layout is pretty cool and having time stamps is a very nice addition. Should be much easier to keep up with the discussions I want to keep track of.

It does look nicer, much more like a 'real' forum and a more important part of the site. It sort of felt like an afterthought before. Luckily, I signed on with IE first. I almost never do that. I don't have access to FF3 here but I can tell you this isn't the only error EF has in firefox.

I'm really liking the new look and features. The time stamps are incredibly helpful. I did just experience a time out while typing a post though, and it was incredibly annoying as everything I had typed got wiped when I clicked on the post button That really doesn't have anything to do with the new updates though. Great job everyone! I'm really loving the new look and feel

I use FireFox 3 and so far haven't noticed anything weird going on, hopefully I don't experience anything weird either.

It's weird. I only have the problem on my desktop computer, not on my laptop, and they're both running the same Firefox. Hmmm...

ZOMG, new forums.

I'm running Firefox, and I don't have any problems viewing them. They look great!

I agree, the new forums are great! Time stamps and all! I love it! I do have to admit though, I find the main forum page a little bland. It needs more color or something..... That's minor though. The posts are so much easier to read and the comment box is bigger! YAY! Thank you!

Ooohh! I know what might help! Two alternating colors for the main topics to seperate them! =)

I've been timing out a lot lately too, I think that is a glitch that can be modified.

Now that I've been using the forums for a while, I have one more suggestion--along with the time that a thread was last updated, can we have who it was updated by as well?

It's great to see that a thread has been updated in the past hour, but I'll be damned if I can remember if it was me that updated it or not. If it's possible to modify it to something like "last updated an hour ago by XXXXXXX", that would be super-awesome-tastic.
