The staff has been amazing!! I just dealt with support today about the silliest issue. OMG!! They are also the nicest people. We are so fortunate to have people like this helping us and keeping the site amazing. Maybe every business could learn something from this site??

I know that I can't speak for the rest of the staff specifically, but it really warms my heart to see how much you guys appreciate the work that goes into the community. And don't forget, it wouldn't be the same without all of you either!

I absolutely agree; Eden Fantasys staff and especially customer service personnel are second to none!! Thanks to Sam for all her efforts to keep us informed and providing the links to make everything so easy to follow! And thanks too to my Mentor 'aliceinthehole' for her fabulous posting of those beautiful pictures!!

I agree everyone that works for EF does a fantastic job. They keep us informed tremendously. Customer service is fantastic and they always reply to your support tickets within the day. YAY for EF and all they do.

I tried the picture uploading today for a review, but it didn't show up. Not sure if it was because it was for the DR program (although I tried uploading it to the "personal comments" section of if the original pic was too large. Either way, I don't know where it is now in cyberspace.

Hmm, I might submit a support ticket for it, or go about doing it "the old way" and host it on an external site.

This also goes for the people in customer service who answer our support tickets!! Or phone calls, I called for the first time ever today. What super nice people, and they go so far above and beyond what is normally expected!!! Thank you again!!!!
