I am interested in joining a few clubs and would like to know what level of participation is required on the live discussions? Most of the clubs seem to meet in the evening and while that's prime for a good many people, I have to focus on what's going on with the family during those times.

Will someone please elaborate, thank you kindly! (I'm mostly interested in the Porn Club and the Naked Reader Book Club.)

Porn club meets once each month in the evening. If you let Gary know you can't make it (if you know ahead of time) then you won't be kicked out for missing the odd one.
The Porn Club is on vacation at the moment and doesn't start again until after summer.

I'm not part of the readers club, but I'm guessing it works pretty much the same.

Porn club meetings go for 2hrs to discuss 2 movies.

The Naked Reader Book Club meets twice a month to discuss the different books we've been reading for that month. You'd get the book, read it, write the review on it, and join us for the discussion. You're really supposed to try and make it for each meeting, but if you can only make one it should be the one your book is going to be discussed at.

As for the other clubs (just because I can give you that info anyway) there really isn't any required participation, just show up when you can and join in

I love the NR book club, but I DO find it hard sometimes to join in at that time of evening, but I do try to at least pop in for a few minutes! You should join -- you don't have to stay the whole two hours of the discussion, and it's lots of fun!

If you're interested in other clubs, just show up on the forums during the meeting time and start talking. Clubs are open to any community member!
