The following fixes and changes will be released in this update #229:

- Review can be edited by submitting contributor and editor within 21 days after the review submission.
- EF Tags formatting hints were restored on review editor.
- Off-site review template is now available for assigned reviews.
- Assigned reviews are now published automatically if contributor's rank is higher than 5.5.
- Incorrect review templates will be replaced link when will be converted when we change review listing for this product after update.
- Usefulness counter was fixed.
- The review tags should not be duplicated anymore.
- Button "Save Draft" to "Save Draft and Preview".
- Editors may not complete more than 6 proofreading tasks a day. (3 reviews & 3 follow-up reviews).

Thanks for the update. Do you want us to post issues here or submit them as tickets? There seems to be a problem with the task market and I'm assuming it is somehow related to this update.

There appear to be a number of reviews that have been submitted to the Task Market that are not accessible to me. Review #425-499 are listed and you can take the task. However, when you go to read the review, you get linked back to your own review page. As far as I can tell, follow-up reviews are not affected.

Ok well I applied for editor status the first day Eden Tasks went up actually, I have been neither accepted or denied as an editor. At first I assumed this had to do with only a select group being accepted. Now I am not so sure, especially considering that my request would be either accepted or denied within 72 hours. Is there a reason for this? Is anybody else having the same problem?

Two things to add:

1. I was just able to edit a new review that was posted using the standard template, so not all full reviews appear to be affected.

2. The forums are affected? I swear there was a post from Darling Jen to the above post from Girl With Fire, and now I don't see it. Unless I imagined it...

I noticed this as well. I am guessing it is related since it happened around the time this was posted.

They are not accepting anymore right now. They want to fix all the bugs first.

WEIRD! I had that one first but they don't even have a review and the video is attached to the Better than Chocolate. They have not responded in over a day.

Absolutely.

As it is, a very few editors were scooping up all the tasks. Five people were, primarily, doing all edits, despite the fact that there are 15 or so editors approved right now. The rest couldn't get any tasks - which is unfair.

This will make it much, MUCH more fair for those who cannot be online all hours of the day.

Until glitches are completely worked out, no one new is being accepted that I know of.

I noticed this and found that I could really only get tasks when I was on at night with no one else. It wasn't even worth trying during the day.

I would think we would want the editors to be the most available to do the job.

There are almost twice the amount of tasks just for today (and it's only noon) than the max allotted for the 15 (x3) editors for today. That is why I said that. If ALL 15 of us do the 3 regular (non-follow-up) edits we are allowed then only about half of the current amount will be done.

Which is great though because more editors are needed and I know there are quite a few people who want in.

I thought I replied to this almost an hour ago... Now I think my browser is signing me out of my account at random again... Anyway, people already addressed but I wanted to respond anyway!

Same thing happened to my request but I figure a 'pending' is better than an outright decline from the start. I know they don't want too many editors out there so it's a small number that will be accepted from the very, very large pool still pending (I think Carrie Ann said there's over 80 in another post). I'll cross my fingers for both of us!

I doubt there will be a problem considering how many of us have not been able to get any reviews or follow ups to edit. I have the time, though I'm not staying up into the middle of the night hitting the refresh button just to get something to edit. But I do check it quite often. And so far all I've been able to get since the first day this program started is 1 follow up and 1 review. I think it's perfectly fair that everyone who wants to, has the chance to do the editing as well. Yanno, share the wealth.

Yup, that is pretty much what I had to do. I'm up at that time, so it wasn't an issue, but it was frustrating for awhile!

I'm assuming today is not a normal day. I have never seen more than 3 at a time. But it means more editors will probably be needed which is great....as you said, share the wealth.
