Definitely slow to start with. No matter what you're putting up there it takes time for things to relax and line up. One you're relaxed and everything's opened up and straightened out fast can be fun, but so can more slow.

I always get it slow since I am doing it myself with a dildo, and it's hard to go fast and not get tired arms LOL. One time I tried a machine and the fast, ass-pounding I got was just what you described "Intense".
