I read on these posts about "size queens" and how folks like to "push the envelope" on bigger and bigger toys.

I LOVE anal and my hubby and I have tons of toys (although HIS tool is still my favorite anal toy), and yet, I am TIGHT back there. I like SLENDER anal toys. Anything bigger just hurts and I am SO "NOT INTO PAIN".

So, I am not sure I get it, but do MOST FOLKS (I know I am odd), enjoy ever larger toys as time goes on??? Do most anal fans start with the slender stuff and move ever upward to bigger and bigger toys????

After 40 years of very active anal play, I STILL look for the toys that say "perfect for beginner" and half the time (or more) they are TOO BIG to be comfortable to me!!!!! (Which is why I adore the EF size measure tool).

How about YOU? Was it "small at first" and now going "bigger and bigger"? Do you find the smaller toys "less satisfying" some how????

Please explain.

I've dabbled in anal sex since I first became sexually active twenty years ago. I can only do it when my body is feeling cooperative, because sometimes my ass just declares it is interested in business only, no playtime. I really really love it when I can handle it though.

The biggest thing I ever take back there is my bf. I like to feel stretched, but it doesn't take much to make that happen. My favourite anal toys right now are the Tantus O2 Mark dildo and the Tantus Ace Small plug - both of which are rather slim toys.

So here's one vote for 'No, time didn't make me a size queen'. The males in the audience might have different opinions though, since they get a lot more out of anal than us girls do.

I don't care for large anal toys. I like large vaginal toys, and I like HIM, but I use mostly "beginner" anal toys most of the time. I did have to move up from the "Small" Orion Plug of Lust, because the flange folded over and it almost slipped all the way in. Luckily, I felt something weird and was able to grab it by the end of the ring and the little jewelry chain I had put on it to make it safer. It was the last time we used that one.

For pegging the diameter is the important dimension. Length is not as important. The maximum diameter that is comfortable for me is 1 3/8 inc diameter, but I have no problem taking all 7 inches. We tried Vibrating Leo(1 1/2 inch diameter) and it was not comfortable even with lots of lube.

Our two favorites are Vixen Mistress(1 3/8 inch diameter and 6 inches insertable) and Tantus Vibrating Leisure(1 1/4 inch diameter and 7 inches insertable). We prefer vibrating silicone dildos.

I appreciate your response, but I have to take exception to the last line. I know my hubby has a prostate and I don't, but I love ANAL for the intense feel and frankly, DO get ANAL ONLY orgasms. All those nerves from the vagina are tangled up with the anal sphincter nerves and I get INTENSE pleasure from anal play...so it is NOT just the "guys" enjoying it.

Interesting. For me, It MUST be slim, but often I like LONGER toys, which I can feel "going up" into me...but they must be VERY soft and flexible, which is why I hated to give up many of my beloved Jellies (hated as they are here).

I find that the Share XL has been just fine for me for the last 3 years - no interest in going bigger and my guess is that a slightly smaller diameter shaft with the same ridges would perhaps be even better. The ridges ensure the prostate is stimulated whatever the depth of penetration. The Feeldoe Stout is about the same diameter as the XL but I found it harder to accommodate (as it's quite a firm material) but didn't give me as much sensation.

For me it is texture more often than size. Increased size can make things interesting but different firmness with the same diameter can make it more enjoyable.

Same here! There are times that I want to be taken in the ass but it just don't work and I can't handle it. There are times that I'd take anything in.
