I don't know the answer to your customer service question, but Durex Love condoms are an average size condom. They are not meant for particularly large men (or toys), but more toward the average guy. I've used them with various partners and never had a single issue of chaffing or breakage.

I've used them with a few different guys and never had any problems. Unless your boyfriend is particularly large you should be fine, although Lauren used them with her large boyfriend and didn't seem to have a problem either.

I have had these before, and I would say they are more average sized. Although I have used them on my Jelly double Dong 18" ....I'm not sure the girth but it is pretty huge! It went on about 6" on so...

I think these condoms fit larger men much better than most average-sized condoms but they still work great for your average man.

They are a pretty good fit for any guy unless he is REALLY big. MY guy is definitely above average, but he's no John Holmes.
