You should never go from butt to vagina without cleaning, ever -- your butt naturally has bacteria which are harmful to the vagina, and no amount of cleaning internally is going to change that.

Don't. Porn isn't a good thing to use to plan stuff, as they leave out some parts and take unacceptable risks in others.

If you want to do this use a condom. If you don't want to be fumbling with removing a condom then you can try a "female condom" inserted in your anus/rectum.
