Embarrassing, but important!

Hi everyone,

Lately I've been getting extremely bad stomach pains, which I believe to be from air pushed up there/gas. How do I eliminate such a problem? It's really starting to take a toll on me. We haven't been doing anything different, so I'm unsure why it's just now starting to become a problem. If anyone has a solution, I'd be very appreciative!

Funny, cause I had this same problem recently but it was caused by eating those sugar free lollies.

What usually works for me is to lay totally flat and rub ya hands (with force) from your ribs down and it will often push the air down and out.
Sometimes laying flat and patting the lower stomach area will do the trick too.
It may also work if you place a pillow or something under your hips - may help the air to raise and expel.

Hope that helps cause I know how uncomfortable it can get!

It usually helps if I have somebody pull my finger.

Sorry, I just couldn't resist.

Hopefully, someone will post a better solution. Good luck.

Are the stomach pains more so after eating? Or do they happen anytime??

You may could try some acid controllers and stop drinking soda, liquor and eliminate spicy or extremely sugary foods, even sour ones. Try a bland diet for a few days, and some light workouts.

Also, do you take aspirin/tylenol a lot? The lining in your stomach might be really weak.

And thirdly, if you try these things and no acid controllers and change of diet help, go to the doctor.

I had intense serious stomach pains, and was vomitting and unable to sleep at night and let it go on for over two months.

I have a stomach infection and I'm going through the second round of antibiotics.

I'd say start with your diet. Is there a new food you've started eating recently or have you changed your meal routine? If you've changed something, go back to what you did before and see if that alleviates the problem. Also, if you've recently added a lot of fiber to your diet, that can cause some intense GI bloating/gas. If you think it's fiber related, cut back and gradually add increased fiber back into your diet to give your body some time to adjust. And Illusional has some great points about sugars and soda.

To help alleviate the gas, walking, lifting your knees, and crunches helps the bubbles move down and out. (Crunches at the gym get me every time!) Good luck and I hope you start feeling better soon!

Usually gas is caused by the foods you eat. If your body can't digest them then bacteria in the gut do, and they release various gases. If you do a lot of anal play you can get gas in your lower intestine that way, but it usually comes out pretty quickly after play as it isn't in very deep.

I've had this before, and I'm quite sure it's from gas being pushed backwards through the pipes (so-to-say). I usually have this happen after repeated thrusting with larger toys (2.5" and larger,) as any gas in my rectum will usually squeeze past smaller toys and find its way out.

When I have this problem, I avoid foods that I know will give me gas (beans, certain whole grains, etc. Will vary from person-to-person). I've also found that doing sit-ups/crunches is a GREAT way to push it out

And it doesn't just come out right after the toy? That's what I usually have happen - pull out and then a fart.

Nope. If I'm in a nice long session and I'm good 'n relaxed, I can sometimes feel penetrations pushing gas well beyond my rectum. It seems to be much easier for the sphincters to let the gas pass up than it is for them to let it pass back down & out.
