This morning we woke up "spooning". We had some nice vaginal intercourse without needing any of our lubes. I was really pretty soaked, so I said, "why don't you try the back door using my own lube"? He used his fingers and then his penis to use my very wet vaginal juices to lube my tush, and got about an inch in before I realized this was going to be a "no way...no go". I asked him to "STOP" as I reached around for that wonderful bottle of "JO" that was at hand. We then continued our fun, BUT, that was one "failed experiment". Wet as I was, in less then a minute, that natural lube was "dry/gone", whatever. Sure NOT working.

SO, I am wondering....has anyone else actually succeed using their own natural lube when doing anal play??? Is it even possible? I know there is a porn star who always says "saliva is the best lube", but I am talking about vaginal/penis lube as the ONLY lube (saliva never did it for me either).

Lube is a relatively recent addition to our arsenal. Anal sex has been around longer for sure. I'm sure you're not supposed to bounce between anal and vaginal penetration, but I've never had a problem.

I think thats an interesting subject but i would be willing to wager that sexual lubricant has been around for thousands of years. Now i dont mean KY but im sure couples would have been able to figure out an improvised solution if they happened to have some type of oil around.

They used to SELL almond oil, and other choices as well, in the bordello's of ancient Rome. Prior to that, the Greeks were using different thin and thick oils as well. Lube, that we KNOW OF, historically, goes back many thousands of years.

Nope, I haven't. I'm the kind of girl that literally soaks the sheets with my own lubrication, but I've still found that my own just dries up too quickly for anal. I prefer silicone lube for that act.

And this worked for you???? How LONG, honestly, can you engage in anal penetration before it all goes "poof" dry??? It took, literally, under a minute for me to realize that it was getting more dry by the second.

Ditto. Even when I am soaked vaginally, it just didn't cut it as an "anal lube". Dried in minutes...or less.

To me, saliva dries out really quick. That is why they say not to lick your lips because it dries them out.

Nope, I love anal sex but I know I need A LOT of lube to get it to feel good for me. For that reason I always use A LOT of synthetic lube to make everything work well for me.

I know you're not "supposed" to. We usually use bottled lube. Once in a while, though... Last night, for instance, I wasn't sure what he was doing, and then, I thought, "Well, this is fun, I'm not going to stop and get some lube now. I'm feeling good." I'm a little uncomfortable this morning. It was most likely less than 15 minutes, too. We really need to remember to just grab the lube, it's right there on the headboard of the bed.

I've had some pretty bad tears during anal, so I'm fairly paranoid about using enough lube. I've had a couple of partners try with just vaginal secretions, and it really wasn't enough for me.

When I was younger I would have copious amounts of precum. With enough patience and prodding I was frequently able to get enough in there to make anal quite comfortable for both parties. That is less of an option these days though.

My partner and I Never use regular lube we always use my natural self made lube lol it helps if your partner rubs it in and starts fingering your ass and then adding a finger and then slowly slide his dick in but then again I am kinda a masochist so the pain turns me on more
