Nope - it's real. There appear to be several different "types" also. One is very similar to a genital orgasm and comes from the stimulation of the genital region by the object in the anus/rectum (including the G-spot or P-spot). The second is concentrated in the anus/rectum and qualitatively noted as feeling very different. Often in men an orgasm of this type is not accompanied by ejaculation.
