Haha... porn stars do anal way more than the average person. They also tend to be really into anal if they are doing a double anal scene. Honestly, anyone COULD do this. Its just the matter of wanting to, in the case of porn the economic incentive is quite good, and if you already are a size queen than why not? They get paid VERY well for putting 2 dicks in the bum. Kind of. I've managed to get a Silk Medium and a Silk Small in at the same time, but they're probably smaller combined then my primary dildo. The problem with that was mostly getting two in at the same time, since the hole is already pretty focused on whatever is in there first.
