During anal penetration, if you are the receiver, do you reach back and hold open your butt cheeks? Do you do this to "get it deeper" or to provide a "better view" for your lover?

If you are the "giver" during anal sex, do you tend to hold open your lovers cheeks or leave them as they are?

Since I like anal in the missionary position, my hands are usually on my clit or playing with my mans chest, or cupping his balls as he enters me. Only if I am getting it doggy style (which I do enjoy for vaginal) do I tend to lay my head and chest on the pillow, and reach back to open myself wide for him (for penetration and viewing pleasure).

Whether in missionary or doggy, I almost always have a vibe in my hand so I'll keep myself busy alternating between holding it against his balls and taint and my clit and taint.

In doggy position, I'd say my husband spreads my cheeks the majority of the time for a better view - deeper penetration is a bonus. My contribution for deeper penetration is to spread my legs further apart while raising my ass higher - works well for us.

For us we mainly do it doggy style. The mr spreads my cheeks, he said he loves watching.

Good question!!!

I usually don't because my hands are generally occupied. Sometimes though it is great for a little extra depth to his thrust. Sometimes I do it at his request (which is hot in its own way).
