Just to let you know. As long as the icecube is not cold enough to cause frostbite there should be no harm. You body can cool without any damage to a certain extent. We have all experienced cold fingers in the winter and our fingers are fine afterwards. Just make sure it never gets overly painful, or is the painful the next day. That would be a sign you had too much cold.

I haven't specifically tried cold temp play, but I have used stainless steel toys that were not warmed to body temp and it was a little uncomfortable. If it were something smaller like a small ice cube I could be curious enough to try.
