You don't need douche if you eat healthy and have a normal metabolism. If you are empty, you are empty. I'd suggest a thin anal plug for first and a lube to try how it feels. It's less messy than trying to fool around with a finger. Then he could enter you after some time when you are relaxed, I'd prefer that with a coondom.

the best I ever got was "just relax" if your to tense it will definitely hurt at first but take it slow and relax and it is a much enjoyable experience.

when my ex first tried it she used a product callad analeze(sp) she applied it 15 minutes before hand. It numbs the area it is applied to. After a few sessions she didn't need it any more.
