The Ryder is an excellent suggestion. I will also suggest the Screw. The Screw is great because it is available in two sizes, stays in well, and has a comfortable base.

Look for a long neck and a noticeable difference in neck to body size. Silicone is a great investment - easy to clean, scents and bugs don't get inside it (some smell on the surface), sanitizable, etc.
