Sticky or smooth silicone?

Contributor: Zandrock Zandrock
Do you prefer stickier silicone toys or ones with less drag that are smoother. I just bought some new ones and notices a huge difference in their feel compared to some of my other toys.

I have the Ella, but as a dildo and g-spot dildo it hasn't been any use. I've got water based lube, but it seems like the dildo kinda dries me out...

Silicone dildos - any recommendations?
Can any of you recommend some silicone dildos which are not too small and look realistic? So far I have the VixSkin Outlaw (all the other silicone...

I'm not sure...I just found lube that works good with silicone and reduces the drag, so I am on the fence.

I don't think I've tried any 'sticky' ones yet, then again I've only tried one brand... I don't it would matter though because I always use water-based lube.

It's gotta be smooth, sticky toys are a huge turn off.

Not exactly sure what you mean by sticky. I know my Vamp by Tantus has more drag than my Lelo Ella but I don't think I'd call it sticky

I love my VixSkin Raquel, which I would say is both smooth and sticky.

I don't have a preference. Some of my favorite silicone toys like the Jopens are smooth, but others like the Tantus dildos do have some drag.

Smooth all the way. Sticky just isn't any fun for anal use. I do assume that we're talking sticky after lube - in order for a silicone toy to be not sticky without lube it has to be very stiff.

Sticky is the wrong term. The smooth silicone toys tend to be hard. The softer Vixskin and O2 toys are the ones we prefer. They do have more drag - until you add lube - then they are slick and soft!

By sticky do you mean slick, glossy ones? It depends on the toy for me, but I tend to prefer smooth.

It could also be the ones with soft silicone and more texture, which are more advanced toys. Smooth is often better when used anally.

I prefer smooth. I do have 2 that seem to be sticky, I still like them but I prefer the way the smooth ones feel.
