There is so much untapped sexual satisfaction possible through anal partner sex. So based on your experiences, what is your attitude toward anal partner sex?

Anal sex is one area that many people would rather not discuss and even take measures to avoid. At the same time, there is interest in anal sex through porn. Many people are also using butt plugs and dils for anal stimulation and enjoying the experience.

Begs, Barters and.............Damn!
This was inspired by my genesis of anal sex, and so many of the conversations I hear from my friends about trying anal sex! link

I chose the second option although it is worded sort of the opposite of how it is in my relationship. I enjoy it quite a bit and my partner is okay with indulging me once in a while, although it has increased as of late. She isn't really satisfied by the act itself, but we have been working on that as well.

What exactly is anal partner sex? IS this distinct from anal sex?

The first makes it sound like sex with an uptight person

I mean a partner other then a toy, vibe or butt plug. Some see all anal play as anal sex. Enjoying penetration with a butt plug, vibe or dildos is obviously different then being penetrated and fucked by a partner.

Yes. It felt good during, but very very painful afterward.

I chose the second option, but not so much because I find anal sex abhorrent. It's just that I don't really care much about it and could live without it. If I have a partner who really likes it, fine, I'll do it once in a while, but I'd honestly be annoyed if it became my "expected contribution" to a relationship.

My first anal experience was painful and kinda forced, no lube, only saliva. I eventually looked into anal and experimented with my fingers, butt plugs and dils. This play was in conjunction with solo masturbation. A former b/f indicated he was interested in anal and after awhile (I did not want a repeat of my first experience) we went for it. I was ready by being warmed up with a series of butt plugs. It was ok, but somewhat clumsy but things picked up at later times and it was so fucking pleasurable to me.

My current b/f said he had done anal in the past but he was a challenge for me as he is endowed with a large head so I have some warming up to do prior to his penetration, again butt plugs, a dil and a prior orgasm seem to work. His p spot is sensitive so he has a tendency to climax rather fast.

Anal is not an every day kinda experience but when we are both in the mood; mind blowing! Anal so hits my g spot area for another orgasm.

I have also received anal from a g/f with a strap-on. No problem of loosing an erection and can go as hard, fast or long; as much as I need.

Toys are so important and in fact, necessary for me for overall sexual satisfaction.

Other- I have a slight interest only because of this community. I know my boyfriend is very put off by it so it probably won't happen, which is probably fine. My curious nature on the other hand will probably have to be stifled by a plug eventually.

Indulge your curiosity with a plug. You will be pleasantly surprised!

I chose the first answer. But it was difficult to choose. There no option for those of us that don't like receiving only giving.

You know, I just might. Do you recommend using it with a vibe or a dil, or by itself? I've read all about using these for the first time, but I would have to imagine to get off I'd need something else, to start at least.

@LSD, Let me know what you think if you decide to go for it!

I'll probly chicken out. I'd much rather experience it with my guy, even if it was with just a plug...Though he tends to be kinda closed-minded about anal, so I don't see that happening.

Aww, bummer! Sounds like our BFs are pretty similar. Mine is pretty closed minded about a lot of things, eventually I just had to accept it and do things on my own, things not just limited to sex. It's sad and lonely So I feel you!

Yea, start with a vibe and/or a dil in your pussy, after an orgasm, lube your butt, work with your finger/fingers and/or a butt plug. The Ryder is a great all around butt plug and a good warm up for something larger.
I have great orgasms with a butt plug in place while masturbating also awesome during vaginal sex for both partners. Enjoy!!

I'm probably muster up some courage too.

I was looking around at small vibrating plugs, but haven't found "the one" yet. Any suggestions?

I had a hard time choosing, because none of the choices really fit quite right. I eventually went with 3, because while actual partner anal sex is out of the question for now, we're working up to it with toys. We both want to have partner anal sex, but my body's just not to the point where I can comfortably accommodate him yet.

LikeSunshineDust: I had a lot of trouble finding one I really liked, so I eventually came up with a workable (though slightly awkward) solution. I got a non-vibrating plug that I really liked, then pressed a very strong vibrator or massager against the base. It's not a perfect solution, but it gives you more options, since there is much more variety among the non-vibrating small plugs.

Especially your first time, vibrations can make the whole experience much less difficult, as they help to relax the sphincters so you can ease it in. Also, an orgasm or two beforehand definitely helps. Good luck!

You didn't mention another category. "I love anal sex, but my partner really sucks at it, and really isn't interested personally."

See what happens when you try to categorize the real world? *grin* Someone doesn't fit...

An inserted Njoy Pure Plug that is touched at the base by a vibe does wonders for this gal! Also helps to have an orgasm first though clit stimulation. Enjoy!

I chose the second option. I love the idea of anal sex, I enjoy it if I'm relaxed enough to do it, but sometimes I just hate how it makes me feel, (bloated) so I only do it when he really wants to.

I love anal play so we use a lot of dildos/strapons/etc. with me, but my partner has had no interest in trying out anything herself so I haven't pushed her on it.

I'm kinda between the first two options.. I like it, but I don't love it, and I do love to please my partner..

I had never had anal sex or any kind of anal play until my current relationship, but most of my friends had, and most of them loved it. I was open to the possibility, and it turned out that BF had previously enjoyed being on both ends of anal partner sex, so he was able to "show me the ropes," if you will. We went shopping for toys, spent an entire weekend exploring and learning what worked and what didn't, and anal play has been a major (and favorite) part of our sexual repertoire ever since.
