WHY..what happened? One friend used to enjoy anal play from his wife, but after having developed prostate cancer and having a radical prostatectomy (his erections still work fine), he is scared to have her penetrate him back there. He won't ask his doctor, either.

Very glad this isn't me. I guess it's probably a good idea to hold off for a while and let everything heal after prostate/anal/rectal surgery.

My BFF was diagnosed with IBS and had to stop, but none myself
