We have tried anal many different ways but most recently my favorite has been missionary. I lay on my back and put my legs over his shoulders. This makes for easier penetration and is really enjoyable for both of us.

I prefer not quite bent over on my tummy with him laying on top. Deepest penetration with the most amount of comfort.

None of the choices, I usually lie flat on my belly with my butt only slightly presented. It isn't "doggy style" and I am not really bent over. We find a dil or vibrator vaginally makes it really fun for both of us, and it works best if I am almost flat on my belly and he's lying on top. If we are using a strong clit massager like the Wahl, we use side lying, we've tried this with me on my belly and there's no room for the massager....
