So I've had anal sex before, exactly once, and with a rather average-sized guy. I *loved* it.

My current partner has noticed how much I like anal play, and has never had anal sex, so he's very interested. So much so that I was told to prepare my ass for when he gets home from work, because he'll be taking it tonight.

Problem is, the boy's rather above average. Like, 8" long and 2" diameter. The largest toy I own is 1.5" in diameter, and it's sitting inside me as I type this. I've had a bit to drink, around 2 shots of vodka, which is really all I feel comfortable drinking before sex.

Just make sure to take it slow, use lots of lube, and if it's not working, don't force it. You don't have to have anal sex tonight. You can just try and see what happens. If it feels like it's too large, stop and move on to another activity.

One thing I find helpful is if I push against his penis to get it in, rather than him pushing his penis inside me. It's a lot easier to keep my muscles from clenching that way.

Drinking isn't a good idea, because it might numb the pain temporarily, but you could end up damaging yourself and be in a lot of pain later. If you find that you can't accomodate his size, I would recommend getting some toys in the 1.5 - 2" range, so you can gradually work your way up.

Make sure you're well aroused, try having one or more orgasms before starting. Use your toys to get ready, then get his fingers into the action. Fingers are tapered and you can slowly move up in size as you relax around them. When you're up to three or four fingers near the upper knuckle you'll be at around 2" open. Move slow and use plenty of lube!

The most important thing - you have to be comfortable with the idea and 100% trusting of your partner otherwise this isn't going to work. Before starting plan an alternate activity that you're both OK with and don't hesitate to call it off.
