Yeah, it would be harder for a woman to do this, but I'm still not interested.
Actually sterile urine has a Ph between 4.5 and 8, (Neutral Ph is 7.) depending on the person, the time of day, how hydrated they are etc.
That being said, it's a common kink. I'm not into water sports myself. But, this isn't an incredibly dangerous one, as long as the rectal lining is intact and the person providing the urine doesn't have an infection.
