Did vaginal exercisers really help you?

Contributor: fizzygato fizzygato
Have you ever tried vaginal exercisers? (Sorry, unsure of a more "inclusive" term to it, yet don't want to limit it to kegel balls, etc)

If so, what kind? What was your experience like, and did you feel like they really helped? Why? Why not?

I think it is a good idea for all women to find products that help them kegel frequently! My most used products are noir luna beads, energie, and intensity. I have other things I've used that didn't make it into regular rotation. I am thinking about getting the new aneros evie.

They did help, but it was mostly doing the exercises (with and without the balls) that helped. If you do the exercises on your own for five or ten minutes a day, you will feel yourself getting tighter pretty quickly. It's a noticeable difference.
But for some people the balls do help give them incentive and remind them to do the exercises. I didn't find I really needed them though.
I find it easier to orgasm now, and I don't have to go to the bathroom as frequently (which is huge plus).

I hear they work but I do kegels (not consistently) so I'm not sure if they work for me yet.
