Sometimes after I cum I get a horrible headache. It happens randomly, but when it does, it is so bad I can barely open my eyes or stand up. Do any of you have this problem? I wish I could find a way to avoid it.

I have back problems and had been to therapy 5 times already and now am going for the 6th time. I am glad I decided to go because I was getting a lot of headaches lately as well. I went and now they are gone. It was because my back was bad.

I get these too after I cum. It's like an intense headache in the back of my head. It's not EVERY time but it happens often and I'm not sure why.
I actually googled it yesterday and they even have a name for it....coital cephalgia.

I did a lot of reading about this, because my partner ended up having this issue as well. It was right after we'd both been REALLY sick (might've been the flu because we were both laid up for a very long time) and then when we'd have sex, he would get an intense headache!
Apparently, this does happen, and I notice it happens more to men than women, but both can have this issue.
We took a break from sex for about 3 or 4 days, and then it stopped. On occasion, this will happen, we try to make sure he stays hydrated and healthy, and that seems to help but still...we have those times!
Sometimes it can be caused by something underlying, though, so watch for other symptoms and such!

I have bad migraines. Sometimes they can be triggered by orgasm. For now, ease off sex for a few days and then see if it happens again. If it does, it's worth talking to a doctor about. They may be able to give you meds to take either to prevent them from happening or to take once one comes on. Sometimes I'll take an Aleeve if I know we're going to be having sex with a lot of impact play as this will also trigger them for me. I don't know that I would recommend taking it prior to having sex every time though.
