No Orgasm - Just A Lot Of Used Tissue

Reading another thread about a member here wanting to know if guys can ejaculate without orgasm got me thinking. I rarely orgasm during masturbation and sex. Not through choice. I most definitely want all that orgasms I can get! When I do orgasm, it seems to happen at random times, and not through specific actions. Does anyone else have this problem? And does anyone know how to 'fix' it?
