The ruling wand is a glass dildo, not an "intense clitoral stimulator." Unless I am missing something, you ain't going to get any vibrations out of the ruling wand and I certainly would not title it a "vibrator" because it does not even vibrate!

I would choose the glass Ruling Wand over that Fairy Massager though because the texture of the Ruling Wand and the round tip would be amazing for my personal preferences as far as thrusting internally goes, but not for what you're looking for -- vibrations. The only clitoral stimulation you'd get out of it is by rubbing it there and it has no vibrations, so that seems slightly pointless.

As for the Fairy Massager, that would never be my first choice if I were going to get a massager. I bought my mom the Smart Wand and there's truly nothing out there that could compare to it. But it is expensive, so one alternative I like (if you're only looking for simply, but pretty powerful vibrations for massaging all part of the body) is the Infrared Massager. I have it and really do enjoy it. It comes with really handy attachments that do make back and neck massages great and it's okay for sexual stimulation, but I never use it for that since I have vibrators that have better vibrations for that purpose. It also heats up on one side, but not enough to notice a whole lot. It's a great all-over, inexpensive massager though.

Now, I think I'd definitely get the Divine Scintillation or the Divine Balance would be my top picks. However, the Fairy Massager does seem to be of equal quality, at the least so it's up to you. I think I've read that the vibrations are too buzzy is why I avoid the Fairy Wand. I'm sure the Divine Massagers have buzzy vibrations too, but the shape of the Scintillation's head and attachment on Divine Balance are what draw me to them two most. They look really useful and the attachment looks effective for my personal needs, so those two have been on my wishlist instead of the Fairy Wand.

If you know you want a wand, I recommend the inspire wand. But if you are open to other types of clit vibes check out wevibe tango, or mimi.

Well considering one is a vibrator and one is not, I would go with the Fairy wand. Although, I would recommend looking into a Smart Wand.
