When I have a really great orgasm, my ears ring for a few minutes afterward, and I sortof have vertigo when I stand up.
Once, my partner gave me such a powerful orgasm that I had a headache for about 5 or 10 minutes afterward!

My ears start ringing, and it feels like cotton balls are being stuffed into my ears, sometimes I almost entirely lose my hearing. I get an amazing feeling of comfort, happiness, and relaxation for about an hour. I also have random images pop into my head, the stronger the orgasm the more vivid the image. I keep meaning to draw what I see and keep a journal of it. Usually the images aren't sexual at all and I have no clue where they come from.

That happens to me too! lol not the images, but the loss of hearing... and sometimes a ringing noise. Such an awesome feeling. I always want to experience it again, but usually im too sensitive after that lol
