Advice for TMJ?

Undead Undead
My fiance suffers from Temporomandibular Joint Disorder. Is there anyone else here that has the same problem and do you have any advice to better help with problems that arise giving oral sex? We never do it long enough for me to get off which is fine because I don't want to cause her any pain. It doesn't bother me that she can't finish me this way but she still seems very upset by it

I love giving blowjobs, but I don't think I've ever done a start to finish bj on a man, where there wasn't some other kind of activity mixed in. I've also never deep-throated and it isn't something I really care to try. Even so, I've never had any complaints about my oral service, because the important thing is to do it with affection and enthusiasm.

If she wants to have the experience of finishing you off, start elsewhere and then move to her mouth when you're close to coming. I really love to finish off orally after PIV intercourse, and it can be done in an intimate or a kinky/slutty way, depending on how you and your gf like to play.

Also, tell her (preferably while she's pleasuring you) about how much you like the feel of her tongue tracing along your length, and the feel of her breath on you - all the things she can do that doesn't require her mouth behind held open that you love to feel.

Oh, and if she doesn't know the trick of keeping a hand around your shaft so that you don't go in too deep, make sure you show her that one.

Try changing positions frequently. Every few minutes move from a position where she is looking up at your penis to one where she is looking down at it. That will move the stress to different points of the jaw.

She may already know this but applying heat (like a wet hot towel) to her face afterward will make the next morning a lot more pleasant after a long session.

I work in the dental field, i would recommend her seeing a prostodontist to discuss the issue with her TMD. Warm compresses and an occlussal gaurd can help.
