There's not a great difference but it is very noticeable. I would be surprised if any male says that they don't love it though. However, it is something I can (have have) done without and been perfectly happy with other things to do. It's certainly something that you do NOT want to pressure someone into doing for you...bad things might happen.

I enjoy it quite a bit, but it's by no means a mandatory addition to our play. I think a follow up question that would be interesting would be the payoff from deepthroating. For me, when get the gift it's usually because my partner is super hot to where the gag reflex isn't as active...seeing my partner that hot and taking hold of their sexuality and what they want to do....that's where I get most enjoyment!
