My record is 3 seconds to tie and tighten, but it was a 'good' stem (had a slight bulb on both ends, moderate length).

I don't feel like this has any affect on my ability to perform oral sex, because using my teeth and tongue to make loops and tighten them is nothing like oral sex.

I can and I can also unwrap a starburst, fold my tongue in half, into a clover, and into a sort of bowl. I don't think it really changes how I preform oral it just means I can move my tongue in weird ways that some people can't.

Yeah, but there's a trick to it. I do it on the rare occasion we are at a bar or a restaurant and people have drinks, or we're eating cherries with friends. People look at My Man and gasp. LOL!

Am I good at oral sex? I've only heard moans of pleasure and gasping and "OH GOD"s so, I guess so....

But, I don't think they are related, especially if you're giving fellatio. Stamina and knowing how to repress your gag reflex is really more important than tongue work for those who give head to men.

I don't think there is any actual correlation. I do know that my partner seems to really enjoy seeing me do it, that he gets really excited. And, according to my partner (and the other people I've been with), I'm great at oral. But, like I said, I don't know if there's actually any correlation or if it's just coincidence that I can do both.

I can tie them into double knots, but I don't do it often, because I do not like cherries.

I've been told that I'm absolutely mind-blowing at oral, but I think having a dexterous tongue is only part of that. Plus... even if you do have a very dexterous tongue, you still have to think of ways to use it.

I find that most people who master that trick wind up being able to do it within a minute flat, which is a nice party trick and all, but isn't oral sex usually much more dependant on stamina? Neat to do all sorts of moves with your tongue, but it's not very practical if the tongue is already tired immediately afterward.

For me, yes.

When I was first old enough to drink I practiced, practiced, practiced tying it with my tongue until I mastered it. I did it in front of a mirror until I could do it without making using my teeth or making weird faces. I would order drinks with a cherry just so I could show it off. I really thought it would impress a woman!

To me, it's related because I did apply myself until I mastered it--and I brought the same dedication to learning how to perform oral sex.

The one person I slept with who could tie a cherry stem with their tongue was the ABSOLUTE WORST EVER AT ORAL SEX OH MY GOD. This was probably due in part because they thought they were hot shit for being able to do so.

In general, I don't think there's any correlation whatsoever.

Depends if you mean oral on a penis or on a vagina. I could see it for a vagina, because that takes a lot of precision. However, for a penis, it's more about applying pressure with the tongue.

I've never even thought about it. I suppose it means that they can do some pretty cool things with their tongue, but I've never thought about it that way. Now, I do have a dirty mind concerning musicians. Guys who play instruments that require blowing have skilled lips and guys who play guitars have skilled hands, as a general rule. My boyfriend does both.
